Joining Global Realtor 4A Cause takes a few minutes. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you click Start to the moment your profile goes live — and how you can grow from Marketing Associate to team leadership.
Create your account
Click the Start button on the Agent or Marketing Associate page. Choose a username and password, confirm the privacy policy, and register. You are signed in automatically.
Complete your profile
You land on your profile page with your chosen path pre-selected. Fill in your details — Agents must provide their license number, country, and state or province.
Choose your Broker or Team Leader
Every Agent and Marketing Associate works under a Broker or Team Leader. Pick yours from the dropdown when you save your profile. Not sure who? Choose Trish Wilson and we will sort it out together.
Go live instantly
Your membership is active the moment you save — public profile, dashboard, and referral tools included. Our team personally reviews every new member and will contact you if anything needs attention.
Agents — Philippines
- Licensed Philippine real estate professionals join as Agents.
- Your PRC/license number, country, and province are required with your application.
- Once confirmed, licensed Philippine agents can lead their own team of Marketing Associates — new members can select you as their Team Leader.
Marketing Associates — worldwide
- No Philippine license? No problem. You join as a Marketing Associate — including licensed agents from the U.S., Australia, Europe, and elsewhere.
- Refer buyers, sellers, and investors; share listings; earn on completed transactions.
- Submit and manage your own property listings from your dashboard.
Positions & growth
As you grow, your position grows with you:
- Marketing Associate — your starting point worldwide
- Agent — licensed in the Philippines
- Marketing Associate Manager — leads a team of associates
- Associate Broker & Designated Broker — brokerage leadership
Leadership positions are assigned by the brokerage as your track record develops.
Licensed Brokers
- Already a licensed real estate broker? Brokers join through a dedicated broker agreement with Trish Wilson, our broker of record — not through the standard application.
- Broker partners can bring their own agents and associates into the network under their leadership.
- Schedule a call or email [email protected] to discuss a broker partnership.
After you are confirmed
- Manage your public profile, photo, and contact details from My Profile.
- Your personal agent page is visible to buyers and sellers site-wide.
- Book time with us any time — we will help you plan your first steps.
