Eligibility Requirements

  1. Citizenship: You are eligible if you are a Filipino citizen, a former Filipino (for lots up to 1,000 sqm), or a dual citizen. Foreign citizens residing in the UK or Canada are allowed to apply only for condominium unit purchases, consistent with property ownership regulations in the Philippines.

  2. Marital Status: You do not need to be married to a Filipino citizen to be eligible for the loan.

  3. Spouse Signature: If you are married, your spouse must sign as a co-borrower. In addition, a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) is required so that someone in the Philippines can act on your behalf throughout the application process.
